Acompañando a su conferencia de prensa, Nintendo ha actualizado su lista de lanzamientos para el último cuarto de 2007 en América. Por el momento son un total de 86 títulos que convierten al de Wii en el catálogo más amplio de las consolas de nueva generación.
Para los analistas de Screen Digest, quien ha realizado la comparativa, es una demostración del cambio de tendencia, que se apoya en el rápido beneficio y los bajos costes de desarrollo. Frente a los 86 juegos de Wii, de los cuales más de un cuarto serán exclusivos, los jugadores de Xbox 360 podrán adquirir 47 títulos, y 38 los de PlayStation 3.
Sobre esta nueva lista, lo más destacado es el retraso de Super Smash Bros. Brawl hasta el mes de febrero de 2008. Sorprende también el descubrimiento de un nuevo juego de la saga Petz de Ubisoft, que se extiende hacia animales menos domésticos; es Wild Petz: Tigerz.
